Cost free set-up for clients#194

It would be nice if we could set up a customer website free of charge. We want to set up the website and then transfer it to a customer. Now I have to pay Weglot to sell them to a customer, which feels a bit weird to me. In addition, I also find it a bit strange to pay for a staging domain that does not yet receive actual website visits.

Suggestion: Make it possible to set everything up for free already. You can then, for example, hide the translated website pages behind a login until a paid plan is activated. Thus, both problems are solved
