Variables for strings not just single words#163

It would be awesome to have variables for translations for the whole string, not just a single word. Since single word replacement works great this would be a super feature to have.

Example: In Wocommerce cart page, there is a string something like:
Shipping to Address 1, 1000 Post Code, Country

Only the “Shipping to” should be translated here, other part of the string is the actual address.
