Norway VAT on payment form#154

In the payment form, there appears to be no VAT for Norway available, whereas Sweden, Denmark and Finland are all available.

Hi Russell, this is expected as the need to fill-in the VAT number in the payment form only applies to EU member states, despite Norway’s particular status.
