It’s fine using “zh” for Simplified Chinese.
But… Traditional Chinese should not be “tw”.
( TW represents Taiwan only. )
Suggestion: Please add one more languages: Traditional Chinese Hong Kong “hk”, or simply “tc” that generally represents Traditional Chinese correctly.
Hi, actually it’s already possible, if you are using WordPress :

Yes it’s possible to have zh-hk.mywebsite.com, it’s a manual configuration we can set up for our custom plans. Don’t hesitate to ask directly to our support team
Great! Good to hear this is possible on Webflow too!
Thank you very much.
Can weglot simply add it as one more language? Tranditional Chinese(HK) and the code is “hk” or “tc”?
We can’t easily but we have an issue to crerate custom language that will allow this
