Make Switcher Accessible#137

Currently the switcher disregards all checks of accessibility. Users should be able to:

• Navigate the switcher using the keyboard and selecting a language by pressing ‘Enter’ on the keyboard.

• The switcher should be focus-able with keyboard tabbing and links should have an outline or default to browser outlines.

• Correct semantic HTML tags should also be used (for users visiting web with screenreaders). Alternatively default to using only <div> tag.
