bulk glossary upload by file#114

I have 100 Proper Nounds to exclude. Im using the glossary which is brilliant. Cant help thinking I should be able to upload a .txt or .rtf with comma seperated words to be added to the glossary instead of entering every single one.

I archive this as it is already implemented, Glossary Import with CSV.
