Add comment field to Glossary entries#108

It would be nice if there was a comment field for each glossary entry.

This would allow us to give context to the rules (e.g.: “This is a product name, so don’t translate”), which would be helpful both for internal and external use, e.g., for exchange with a translation agency via Import/Export.
